Food is good and so is the service, the minus star is due to the scale up prices, I've been coming to this location since it opened. I understand is sanctuary expensive state California, but ...Lord Almighty! we are certainly paying for it.
Wifey placed an order and they said it'd be ready in 15min but took a bit longer because they made her fresh rice at closing! The man that helped her was very nice and gave her a free baklava while she waited. Food was flavorful and fresh! Pretty good price for the quantity of food we received. Would highly recommend if your looking for good quality Mediterranean food in Rancho.
DELICIOUS. The meat is seasoned well and so tender. One of the best and most authentic Mediterranean places I've eaten at. Highly recommend.

Wow! Their food was delicious!!!!! I didn't even get to take a pic bc the food smelled so good once I opened it. I was craving something filling and healthy and this did it! I tried the number 5 and 8 medium rare and medium. Soooooooo good, the meat was so soft and juicy. This was my first time ordering and so happy with my experience. The employees were welcoming and flexible since I ordered my food over the phone and placed it without the hummus they accommodate which I really appreciated. The restaurant itself was clean too. Try them out! Oh and their garlic side sauce... bomb!!!!!!!! 100000/10
This is one of the best Mediterranean spots I been too. The food is always fresh and the meat is always juicy. The falafels are so moist but yet crispy. Bravo Zait Bistro ... Bravoooo
Zait is sooooo good. I come here almost every time I'm in town visiting family. It's fresh, delicious, and fast. I often order online for pick up (head's up: there's a $1.50 charge to order through their website) and it's always on time. I never have eaten inside but there are a few tables for dine-in. Their combo plates are generously sized and portioned, even for the small size. The falafel is crunchy on the outside but soft inside, which pairs amazingly with a side of the garlic sauce. And don't skip the baklava!
Zait Bistro is probably the best spot for Mediterranean Food in the area. I got the Chicken Shawarma Plate and Falafels. I got a small plate, but the portion size was huge! I'm a pretty big guy and I eat a lot, but the plate was able to satiate me for two meals. The rice and the chicken were both well-seasoned and really delicious. The yogurt cucumber salad was rich and refreshing. The falafels were crispy and savory. I was pretty blown away by Zait. It was a bit unassuming at an initial glance, but the quality is definitely there.
It's been awhile since I been back. This is my favorite location to get Mediterranean food. Been coming here since 2015 when I used to work in Rancho Cucamonga. This is my favorite order for lunch, definitely the food is on point. I highly recommend this location! 06/29/2023 thanks!
